For schools and universities: India's National School Mental Health Policy (June 2026) mandates certified mental health training for all school staff at least twice a year. Mindful Workplaces is aligned with this policy and has delivered sessions to educators across India, including awareness sessions reaching over 30,000 educators through the All India Educators Forum.
